Office Hours
Our office is open from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm during weekdays. We can visit you out of office hours at your home or in hospital by arrangement.

Car Parking
There is a Pay and Display car park situated behind our office. It can be accessed from either West View Road or Victoria Street.

Office Accessibility
There are three small steps up to the front door of our office. If you use a wheelchair, or have any access requirements which you think we should be aware of, let us know when you make your appointment. We can then arrange to see you at your home or be available to assist you with access.

Telephone Calls
If you telephone us your call will be answered by a receptionist. If the lawyer you wish to speak to is not available and you would like us to return your call then either the lawyer handling your matter or another member of staff will telephone you as soon as possible.

Faxes
The fax machine operates at all times. It is checked regularly during office hours and fee earners are notified by General Office when a fax is received.

Email
Messages sent to our general email address info@whiteside-knowles.co.uk are checked regularly and forwarded to the appropriate person.

You can contact all of our directors and staff on their personal office email address.

DX and Post
All mail and DX is opened, date stamped, checked and distributed to fee earners by 10.00 am, or as soon as possible after it has been received. Mail addressed to individuals will be opened unless it is marked “Private and Confidential”.
