Calculating our fees
Our charges are calculated either on an hourly rate or by fixed fee depending on the type of legal services you require.

Every case is different so we will discuss our fees with you at your first appointment and give you details of our current charging rates.

Funding your legal expenses
We will explore with you all possible methods of funding the work we do for you. You may be entitled to have your legal fees paid under a Legal Expenses Insurance clause in your Household or Motor Insurance Policy. Our legal services may also be available on a “No win No fee” basis for certain types of cases, e.g. Personal Injury claims.

We cannot act for you under the Legal Aid scheme, however you can check your eligibility by going to www.legalservices.gov.uk and completing the on line eligibility calculator.
